Artist and Author Cathy
Howard of OES Creations, has lovingly agreed to produce the Center Squares
that surround "Charlie" (the very first rescue drawn by Eve Andrade for
the NEOESR Logo). The squares are comprised of Cathy's original artwork.
The hearts beneath each square say:
"Grumpy, Smiley, Big or
Small,
New Friends, or Old,
Short or Tall,
NEOESR Loves them All!

In addition to her artistic ability,
Cathy is well known for her tireless rescue work on behalf of Old English
Sheepdogs everywhere, especially in California where she resides with her
four OES and her "OES Cat".
